This bizarre cattle mutilation left the cow's carcass hanging on high poll. How did it get there?

On July 5th, Silvia Perez, Director of "Vision ovni" reported these latest phenomenon from Argentina.
In five days in Nogoya, Argentina five cows were found mutilated.
The eyes, nerves and rectum were removed, the sexual organs were divided, the ears and other pieces from the their faces were cut out. Soft tissue and organs are missing. but even that the cows were so badly mutilated, no blood or signs of bites were found.

An interview taken with the farmer:

Reporter: "Where did you find the cows?"
Farmer: "The cows were found near the fence between his farm and the neighboring farm."
Reporter: "What was your reaction when you saw the cows?"
Farmer: "There were many theories that rats did it to the cows, but I know it was done by something out of this world.Because the precision of the cuts, I know that beings from other worlds, other civilizations, the cuts and what they did was not done by human or animals from this world. What happened here is similar to what had happened in other places."
